Your breakfast experience will begin with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea, assorted fruit juices, a bowl of seasonal fruit & a muffin fresh out of the oven.
-Eggs prepared any style, including the chef’s specialty, cheesy scrambled eggs!
-Blueberry pancakes made with locally hand picked blueberries served with butter and NYS Pure Maple Syrup.
– Cinnamon, vanilla hand dipped Italian French Toast, lightly dusted with powdered sugar and served with NYS Pure Maple Syrup.
– A fruit and yogurt parfait.
All breakfast entrees are served with the house signature River Edge Rose, a delectable floral feast for the eyes made of thinly sliced potatoes and uncured bacon seasoned with extra virgin olive oil with thyme, herbs & spices and baked to perfection.

Your room will stimulate your senses with arranged freshly cut roses accompanied by sweet, delicious fresh strawberries dipped in Ghirardelli Chocolate and finish it off with champagne – a perfect palate compliment!
